This poker group is open to all types of people at all different skill levels. The only requirement is that you love to play Texas Hold Em. My mission at the very LEAST is to have enough people "on call" to make a five-handed weekly game. I currently host a semi-weekly game amongst my small group of friends who are difficult to bring together on a consistent basis. As it is now, if one person cant make it then there is no game. We play tournament style No Limit Texas Hold Em with a buy-in of $20. With seven or more people, cash game style may be an option. The level of play that we are currently at falls somewhere between competitive and casual. We all want to win but we have a great time playing and everyone is a good sport. Occasionally we take trips to Atlantic City and enter a daily tournament together, which is alot of fun. I prefer to host at my place in Queens (very close to E, F, J, Z trains and LIRR) but am open to other options if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you...
