5Boroughs
Description
The team was established June 2008 by Frank, Ali & Juan whom started by playing against each other. After playing each other for quiet some time they saw potential and dedication in each other for the sport so they played with each other as much as they could. They all take the game serious to then decide they should take it to another level and create a team. Thinking of what to call their team was no easy task, they wanted something where if you heard the name it was easy to identify what and where they represent, thus 5 boroughs was born. They could realize they can put any other name but they know once you mention or hear the name ?5 Boroughs? it?s representing Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan & Staten Island, which is what they stand for. It started with just 3 and now has turned to a 6 man team with each player taking the sport as serious as they can. With a full team they drill 2 to 3 times a week about 4 hours or more each time. They know that with great accomplishments come great skill and practicing as much as they do they know it will be done.
